- Free basic installation support for WordPress, Nova, IP.Board, Xenforo and SMF.
- 24/7 Site down/Service offline support

Legal Note: As a part of theses services we require that an organization actively use the hosting provided. We will use an industry standard Acceptable Use Policy and Service Level Agreement to guide the operation of this service.

You must agree to our terms of use and understand that this service is to be used to host a role playing or writing group website. This service is held to an industry standard acceptable use policy with a 99.9 percent uptime pledge. You agree to not use this service for malicious purposes. Violation of any of the aforementioned will result in service suspension or termination. Due to the free nature of this service support from our staff is limited to service issues involving our hardware and installation support for items we list that we support. Other services may be provide in a one off situation but are not to be expected.
